A menstrual midwife is a woman who provides information and guidance about menstruation and cycle well-being to menstruators throughout the lifespan. From pre-menarche to post-menopause, my role as your menstrual midwife is to offer you support, resources, and wisdom to activate your womb wisdom and cultivate the most positive and empowered experience of menstruation possible. |

WILD WISDOM COACHING The reality of living in a patriarchal culture has a profound impact upon our lived experience, and my passion is to support women in unlearning the harmful cultural messaging we internalize from birth. By reconnecting women with their inherent wild wisdom, they are able to reclaim the sovereignty that is their birthright. As a Midwife of the Spirit, I will guide you in connecting to your inner Wise Woman; I will encourage you to find your authentic core and the well of your Sacred Feminine power. |
