We are the flag-bearers of a pro-period, cycle savvy generation! Gone are the shame-filled days of women and teens feeling that they have something to hide, or that our inherent womb wisdom is taboo. We honor our daughters and ourselves by becoming experts on our cycle.
Menstruators of all ages are invited to join Amy for this empowering journey over the course of one full season.
