CYCLE SAVVY WORKSHOP

We are the flag-bearers of a pro-period, cycle savvy generation! Gone are the shame-filled days of women feeling that they have something to hide, or that our inherent womb wisdom is taboo. We honor our daughters and ourselves by becoming experts on our cycle. Women and teens are invited to join Amy for a hands-on discussion about all things cycle-related in this two-part workshop.

Each woman is the Wisdom Keeper of her own sacred vessel, her treasured womb - the human source of creation, which contains the buried feminine cycle blueprint - the original and ever-evolving Feminine insight; woman's unbounded potential, magnanimous influence, and royalty -- Womb Wisdom.

SESSION 1
Our first 90-minute session, we will empower our daughters and ourselves with a hands-on discussion about how to maximize our menstrual health, including tracking our monthly rhythm, establishing sacred self-care habits, and getting to know reusable products such as cloth pads and menstrual cups. 

SESSION 2
Immediately following the discussion of cycles and menstrual products, Amy will facilitate an open dialogue and informational session about birth control options, which will include seeing, touching, and discussing items such as IUDs, birth control pills, condoms, diaphragms and implants.
