WILD & WISE :: WINTER IMMERSION
WEEK 1 :: UNLEARNING
Much like the programming of a computer, our experience as western women of the twenty-first century is very much encoded in our society: from our language, to our government, to our jobs, the cultural hierarchy that perpetuates the usurping of women's power is ubiquitous - so much so that we often cannot see the forest for the trees. We have been assimilated by patriarchy to the point that we may not know where it ends and we begin. By awakening to the wild and wise process of unlearning, we relinquish the power of patriarchy to define our value, and reclaim our ability to connect with our innate Sacred Feminine power.

WEEK 2 :: The Power of No
"No" is not a word we women are invited to own and use with authority. So conditioned are we to be pleasing and accommodating that we often forget that "no" is an option Consequently, our most precious resources -- our attention, our time, and our energy -- are depleted as certainly as sands falling through an hourglass. Our well-being suffers as a result, and though we can often readily identify our feelings of being physically and emotionally exhausted, it can be difficult to make the initial connection between our ability to exercise our sovereignty and our overall spiritual health. When we tap into the wild and wise power of no, we give ourselves permission to selectively channel our Sacred Feminine resources, and to cultivate well-being and healing.

WEEK 3 :: TENDING YOUR INNER GARDEN
Our inner garden is the metaphorical internal landscape that serves as the cradle for the spiritual and creative seeds of intention we plant each winter solstice. It is our own personal microcosm of manifestation, subject to the same whims of nature -- including unwelcome invasive species. Even the most seasoned spiritual seeker must cultivate a practice of tending her inner garden, bringing awareness to her self-defeating thoughts and negative inner narratives: the weeds of this sacred terrain. When we allow ourselves to align with the wild and wise flow of the Wheel of the Year, we offer ourselves the opportunity to bring loving awareness to the health of our interior biomes and ensure the expression of our most sacred potential.

WEEK 4 :: BRIGID and YOUR SACRED WILDFIRE
The Celtic Goddess of fire, Brigid is the keeper of the sacred fire of inspiration. Born with a crown of flame atop her head, Brigid invites you to tend to your inner wildfire and fan the flames of your expressive and creative passion. Brigid's statue as a sacred metalsmith reflects her ability to masterfully harness the elements to forge new creations, demonstrating the power of energetic transmutation. When we embody the wild wisdom of Brigid, we say yes to our passion, we cultivate a connection with our unique gifts, we make space and time to tend to our sacred wildfire, and we activate healing through creative expression.

WEEK FIVE :: ALL OF YOU
How many of you are there? We may live under the illusion that we are "the one" that we see in the mirror every day, and nothing more. But look deeper within and you will find your interior multiverse populated with an assemblage of your many identities: the Daughter, the Lover, the Warrior, the Mother -- each with something important to say. When we cultivate a practice of inviting our wild and wise inner identities to communicate, we open the door to profound insight and self-awareness. When we commit to compassionately seeing and hearing each and every part of ourselves, our integration perpetuates healing, and our Sacred Feminine spirit is once again whole.
WEEK SIX :: WISE WOMAN WITHIN
How many times have we sought the counsel and comfort of others, not realizing that we hold deep reserves of compassion and wisdom within ourselves? How many times have we looked outward for an answer, but feel a sense of resolution only when the answer within was revealed? The practice of cultivating a relationship with our Inner Wise Woman is not something many of us are taught, but it is indeed one of the most powerfully nurturing acts of self-care we can offer ourselves. When we travel the web of tie to commune with our past and future selves, we open to the immense and timeless matrix of Sacred Feminine healing.
