Women's Circle

Hello Sister!
I am so delighted that you will be joining us for Red Tent Women's Circle on May 11th!

Enter through the glass door facing Frankfort Ave with the Yogaia sign and find us upstairs. <<<

* Our gathering will begin promptly at 6:00pm, with doors open at 5:45 for ease of arrival and social time with other attendees.
* The front door will be locked at 6:05pm to ensure the harmonious flow of our circle.  
* Please dress for comfort and movement, with awareness of the outside temperature. Layers are always a smart choice. :)
* You are invited to bring a notebook or journal for meditative writing reflection.
