Pollinator Session Terms & Conditions
By booking a Pollinator Session with Amy Wilding, you agree to the following terms:
1. What’s Included
Each Pollinator Session includes one hour of personalized coaching via Google Meets, focused on your questions and curiosities around women’s circle leadership. You’ll receive insight, guidance, and practical tools tailored to your needs.
2. Booking & Payment
Payment of $75 is due at the time of booking. Your session is confirmed once payment is received.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. I honor your time and mine with this policy.
If I need to reschedule for any reason (including illness or emergency), I will notify you as soon as possible. You’ll have the choice to reschedule at a later date or receive a full refund—whichever you prefer.
4. Confidentiality
Everything shared in our session is held in sacred confidence. Your stories, questions, and reflections remain yours.
5. Scope of Support
Pollinator Sessions are not therapy or legal advice. They are mentorship and guidance based on two decades of experience in women’s circle leadership, spiritual facilitation, and anti-patriarchal education.
6. Respectful Exchange
By booking, you agree to engage in a respectful, collaborative spirit. These sessions are a space of trust, integrity, and empowerment.
7. Technology & Timing
Please ensure you are able to open the link for the Google Meet and you are in a quiet, uninterrupted space at your scheduled time. Sessions begin and end promptly.
